Work process:
Products are conveyed on the belt → products being clamping→ signal detection → label sending after labeling station receives electric eye signal → top & bottom labels are quickly sent to the parts to be labeled on the product → pressing labels → finished products are output by the conveyor belt
Main features:
1. Our automatic high-speed plane surface labeling machine is suitable for the adhesive sticker high-speed plane labeling on various flat top & bottom surface of jars, caps, boxes, bags, paper, trays, card etc, widely used in food, condiment, medicine, alcohol, oil, cosmetics, stationary, toy and other industries.
2. Optionally designed with clamping belt to position products to be labeled for high-speed labeling & highly precision, especailly good for some irrigular products surface labeling.
3. The whole machine is mainly made of top quality SUS304 material, with exquisite & humanized design, adopting three bar adjusting mechanism to make full use of the stability of triangle, the whole machine is solid and durable, easy to operate & maintain, stable & durable.
4. All electric eye are Japan and Germany advanced photo electric eye, machine reliable & durable with good performance.
5. Adopting PLC & man-machine interface control, with 60 sets of labeling parameter memory, easy to operate & quick for production shift.
6.The machine can be equipped with page/paper-separating device & ribbon date coding, or ink jet printer for online continous date/batch No. printing, with great efficiency & good date printing effect.
