Product Description

Introduction:
1. Our automatic bottle bucket detergent pesticide oil liquid weighing filling Machine with capping labeling is suitable for various liquid gel paste auto packaging into various bottles, buckets, jerrycans, or plastic jars from 5kg to 20kg (small volume 0.1-5kg can be customized), widely used for liquid detergent bottle filling, sauce jam filling, engine oil filling, pesticide fertilizer filling, ink/paint filling, disinfectant filling, solvent filling etc. 
2. Combining liquid pumping system with weighing scales to do auto liquid weight filling for accurate and fast big volume product filling, it's with highly filling efficiency, widely used for big volum packaging in foodstuff, daily chemical, chemical,  pharmaceutical fileds. 
3. Equipped with auto bottle usncrambler for bottle continous online feeding, decreasing work tense; 
4. Designed with servo tracking capping machine, no bottle stop and no liquid spilling during capping; with servo capping heads, the capping speed and capping torque can be directly adjsuted from touch screen, easy to use & maintain, with great capping quality, very stable and reliable. 
5. Adopting servo labeller for both 2-side or 3-side or round labeling, with high labeling accuracy.
