Product Description

Introduction:
This automatic spray bottle filling machine with cappingline  is suitable for auto liquid gel packaginginto various mist spray bottles or pump spray bottles, widely used for hand sanitizer filling capping, hair gel filling capping, air refresher filling capping etc. Except bottle turntable, bottle filling capping monoblock and bottle collecting table, auto bottle labeling and ink printing can be equipped based on needs.

Main features:
1. Adopting 2-nozzle piston or peristaltic pump to fill (depends on material to be filled & bottles), each bottle fills 2 times, it's suitable for both liquid & viscous products filling, with high filling precision & filling efficiency.
2. With vibrating bowls to unscramble pump/spray caps, the manipulator to feed cap into the positioned bottles via funnel, it's very accurate, stable & fast. (other cap-unscrambling and feeding way is available based on caps and speed)
3. Can be adjusted easily the capping height & capping speed, force in short times for different caps, convenient & easy to operate.
4. With PLC & touch screen to control, formula saving, auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; frequency converter, with high automation.
5. With humanized design, it's easy & quick to change and adjust for bottles production with different sizes.
