Introduction:

This series of automatic nail polish filling machine with plugging & capping, our patented monoblock machine with 4th generation so far, needs only one labor to put bottles into molds and pick them after filling, it can auto finish various nail polish bottle filling, (nail remover filling, spray liquid or gel filling), auto brush, plug or steel ball feeding & pressing, auto cap feeding & screwing etc.
2. Integrated with mechanical, electrical & pneumatic system, the monoblock design is less space-taking, reliable & economical, with flexible adaptability and high automation, espcially good for OEM, ODM products & not big scale auto production;
