Introduction:

Our automaticveasline lip balm hot filling machine with cooling line is suitable for various  bottle/jar/box hot liquid/cream filling and cooling production of lip gloss, lip balm, vaseline, petroleum jelly, car wax, hair wax, shoe polish, air fresher, cosmetic cream, cleaning cream, deodorant, candle, etc.
2. This line consists of bottle turntable, bottom printing conveying belt, servo piston hot filling machine & space-saving cooling machine. The liquid processing mixing, capping and cartoning packaging equipment can be equipped based on needs.

Main features:
1. It combines with mechnism, pnenumatics and electrics, with high adaptability, totally in compliance with GMP production requirements, easy & quick to adjust the machines to meet different packages production.

3. Servo piston filling for high filling accuracy & filling efficiency, filling volume can be directly adjusted on touch screen.

5. The capacity can be made based on actual needs, from 500-6000bottles/hour, and bottles can be from 1-5000ml; as for the big barrel or bucket from 5L-200L.
