This automatic pouch granules pouch filling sealing machine is especially made for the auto granules bag package for various premade flat or stand-up bags, pouches fillig sealing production, which can auto finish bag feeding, bag opening, quantitative filling, hot sealing & bag conveying out, widely used in foodstuff, drinks, pharmaceutical, chemicals & cosmetics fields.
Powder & liquid paste filling can be available; different models and types machines for your different capacity and bags.
Main structure & process:
1.Pouch manipulator picking from bag slot & placing to bag clamper (bag conveying belt is optional for spouted or zipper bags)
2.Pouch opening, with pouch-open detection, no pouch no filling.
3.Linear weighing type filling, with fast filling and high accurate filling detection, no filling, no sealing
4.Heat sealing, with detection, no heating, no sealing; with diamond & flat sealing patterns optional
5.Heat neatening by heating mold, with delicate & stronger sealing
6.Pouch exit
