This automatic linear servo auger powder filling machinery with powder feeding & turntable is suitable for various powder bottle or jar filling and packaging, widely used for foodstuff powder, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics & drinks powder production;
We can supply turnkey filling packaging project, consisting of auto bottle feeding turntable, bottle air washing, powder filling sealing capping machine, labeling, printing & bottle collecting turntable, cartoning etc.
Note: small bottle filling capping machine can be customized based on different bottles, caps & speed etc.

1. Adopting servo auger to do powder measuring and filling, with vacuum product feeding, it can meet auto continuous production of various powder bottling, with high filling precision & production efficiency.
2. With powder filling funnel & powder sucking device to make sure no dust flying for a good filling environment. 3. With PLC & touch screen to control, formula saving, auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; frequency converter, with high automation.
4. With humanized design & linear bottle in out, it's easy & quick to change and adjust for bottles production with different sizes.
5. Electrical & pneumatic parts adopts the world-famous brands, like Delta, Airtac & Schneider; it has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and durable
