This series of automatic nail polish nail gel filling machine with plugging & capping, our patented monoblock machine with 4th generation so far, needs only one labor to put bottles into molds and pick them after filling, it can auto finish various nail polish bottle filling, (nail remover filling, spray liquid or gel filling), auto brush, plug or steel ball feeding & pressing, auto cap feeding & screwing etc.
2. Integrated with mechanical, electrical & pneumatic system, the monoblock design is less space-taking, reliable & economical, with flexible adaptability and high automation, espcially good for OEM, ODM products & not big scale auto production;

Main features:
1. Adopting peristaltic pump to fill, suitable for various liquid or gel filling, it's very easy quick to dismantle liquid pipes for washing or replacement, saving materials & enhancing working efficiency.
2. With humanized design, by only replacing the bottle molds & filling dosage, the machine can run auto smoothly for bottles with different sizes, convenient & easy to operate.
3. Adopting patented servo capping heads, with nice capping effect, reliable & delicate.
4. With PLC & touch screen to control, formal saving, auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; frequency converter, easy to link production line, with high automation.
5. Can be made for labor cap-feeding or stopper feeding if there are many different cap sizes.
